World of Warcraft Advice
Ok let me first of all say I used to really suck at WOW but I have gotten a lot better after reading Amazing WOW Secrets Revealed . . I know you have come here for some free WOW advice so I want to hand that over before I tell you how I got to the point where I never need to spend a dime on buying gold on ebay. I consider myself a pro but having said that, the guy that taught me has to be a master of the game.
Here are some of the basic - BASIC - items of advice for World of Warcraft.
Tip #1 Colored Items
Everything is coded by color. LOOT EVERYTHING!!!
White indicates items are usually for some crafting recipe. Depending on the rarity, and demand for the white items, they can sell for a lot more money by auctioning to another player than if you vendor them. Store these until you get the maximum amount for 1 stack and then sell on the auction house.
Items colored as blue, green, and purple are magic and enable you to get stat bonuses. Purple is the most valuable, but blue is rare as well (just not as much). These items should only be vendored if they are soulbound. If they are not soulbound to you always get more value for them in auction house. If you somehow get enchanting tradeskill you can also disenchant the PGB colored items into components, even when they are soulbound.
Grey is basically worthless. Sell these to a vendor.
Tip #2 Shift Key
Utilize the shift key!!! This can be very helpful.
With SHIFT + right clicking (RC) an item in a NPC vendor buy window, there will be a 2nd window that comes up where you can choose how many items to buy. Also, by SHIFT + left click on a stack of items in your inventory, you split the stack of items. SHIFT + RC on a chest/corpse makes it auto-loot.
Edit: Get the biggest bags you can carry. Bigger bags = more loot you can hold and that translates to more money for you.
Tip #3 Consumable Items
Another thing I forgot to mention is to pick up two gathering professions. The three gathering professions are mining, herbalism, and skinning. Mining and herbalism use a tracking feature to find the nodes easier.
Don’t pass up consumables. Consumable items can make a huge difference in your status. Cooking consumables means you get food which gives you 15 minutes of added stamina and strength. Secondly, blacksmithing produces stones that add to the damage power of your weapon for 30 minutes. Finally, several potions often increase your armor, strength, agility, and healing power.
This is only the very beginning of the tip of the iceberg from what I learned. These were some specifics, but honestly I sucked until I read this book called WOW Secrets Revealed . It’s got just about everything and now I have the gold without having to pay for it. The book has everything to become a pro, but I got to give that guy credit, he knows stuff I would never have guessed.
Anyways good luck with WOW and keep visiting. I’ll be uploading some game videos.
I have become a name in the game. The game is World of Warcraft
